Job Title: Grace Kids Coordinator - Preschool and Elementary
Time Status: Full Time
Position Summary:
The Grace Kids Coordinator provides leadership and support for both preschool and elementary ministries by partnering with ministry directors and teams to ensure a safe, engaging, and well-staffed environment.
This role focuses on volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and overall ministry execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Preschool and Elementary Directors to recruit and onboard volunteers.
- Lead and support training and development of volunteer teams.
- Create and manage volunteer schedules.
- Oversee weekly ministry operations.
- Serve as Hallway Coordinator as needed.
- Assist in planning events and special projects.
- Provide administrative support.
- Maintain child safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- A demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive, confidential church information.
- Ability to perform services independently, without direct supervision, as well as work cohesively within a team environment.
- Ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude, even when under pressure.
Time Commitment:
- 40 hours a week
- Flexible schedule
- Weekend service availability required
